ArbiHunt

Terms of Use

Last updated June 17, 2026

These Terms of Use form a legal agreement between you and Digital Warriors covering your use of ArbiHunt on iOS, Android, and the web at arbihunt.com. Please read them carefully, because by accessing or using ArbiHunt you accept these terms in full; if you do not agree, do not use the app.

Acknowledgment and Applicability

This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you — whether an individual or a single entity — and Digital Warriors for the ArbiHunt application, including any associated media, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation, whether accessed through the web, a mobile device, or any other platform. This EULA applies to the ArbiHunt app available on Apple's App Store, Google's Play Store, and any web-based version of the app.

You acknowledge that this EULA is concluded between you and Digital Warriors only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple") or Google LLC ("Google"). Digital Warriors, not Apple or Google, is solely responsible for the ArbiHunt app and its content. This EULA does not set usage rules for the ArbiHunt app that conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions or the Google Play Terms of Service. To the extent any term here conflicts with those store terms, the store terms govern with respect to your use of the app obtained through that store.

By creating an account, subscribing, downloading, installing, or otherwise using ArbiHunt, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree with any of them, please do not use the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority and legal capacity required to form a binding contract and to use cryptocurrency-related services in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By using ArbiHunt you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements, that you are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where use of the Service is prohibited, and that you are not barred from using the Service under any applicable law. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of ArbiHunt is lawful where you live and where you trade.

Description of Services

ArbiHunt is designed to give you information about cryptocurrency arbitrage opportunities by scanning multiple cryptocurrency exchanges and ranking potential price discrepancies by estimated net profit. Our purpose is to help you identify potential arbitrage opportunities in the cryptocurrency market so that you can make your own informed decisions.

ArbiHunt is an information and educational tool only. It does not execute trades, place orders, hold, custody, or transfer your funds, connect to your exchange accounts to act on your behalf, or otherwise participate in any transaction. ArbiHunt is not a broker, dealer, exchange, money transmitter, investment adviser, financial planner, or fiduciary of any kind, and no such relationship is created by your use of the Service. ArbiHunt does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, or profitability of any arbitrage opportunity, and it is not responsible for any financial outcomes that result from your decisions.

The Service is freemium: it offers a free tier and an optional PRO subscription that unlocks additional features. The web version of ArbiHunt includes user accounts and a community chat. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any feature, tier, or part of the Service, in whole or in part, at any time and without liability to you.

Not Financial Advice

ArbiHunt provides data and information only. Nothing in the app, on this website, or in any related communication is, or should be construed as, financial, investment, trading, accounting, tax, or legal advice, an offer or solicitation, or a recommendation, endorsement, or inducement to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise transact in any cryptocurrency, token, security, or other asset. Any opinions, analyses, rankings, prices, or other information are provided as general information and do not take into account your individual objectives, financial situation, or needs. You are solely responsible for evaluating each opportunity yourself and, where appropriate, for obtaining independent professional advice from a licensed adviser before making any decision.

Assumption of Risk

You understand and agree that:

  • Cryptocurrency trading is highly speculative and carries a substantial risk of loss, including the total loss of your funds. Prices are volatile and can move sharply within seconds.
  • The data ArbiHunt displays is gathered from third-party exchanges and other sources and may be inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, out of date, or interrupted. Arbitrage opportunities may narrow, disappear, or prove unexecutable before, during, or after you attempt to act on them.
  • Estimated net profit is only an estimate. Trading fees, withdrawal fees, network or "gas" fees, spreads, slippage, exchange limits, withdrawal holds, account verification requirements, transfer times, and price movement may reduce or eliminate any expected profit, or cause a loss.
  • You are solely responsible for all of your trading decisions, your funds, your exchange and wallet accounts and their security, your private keys, your tax obligations, and your compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to you, including anti-money-laundering, sanctions, securities, and consumer-protection rules.
  • You should only commit funds that you can afford to lose entirely.

You accept and assume all of these risks. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you waive any claim against Digital Warriors and ArbiHunt arising from these risks.

Accounts and Account Responsibility

To access certain features you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, to keep it up to date, and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you. You must notify us promptly through our contact page if you suspect any unauthorized use of, or access to, your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You may manage or close your account at any time and may request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

The web version of ArbiHunt includes a community chat where users can interact. When you use any community feature, you agree to follow our Community Guidelines. You are solely responsible for any content you submit, and you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and moderate that content for the purpose of operating the Service.

You also agree not to, and not to attempt to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose, or in violation of any applicable law or these terms;
  • Disrupt, overload, damage, or impair the Service or the servers or networks connected to it, or circumvent any security or access controls;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app, except to the limited extent applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction;
  • Scrape, harvest, copy, resell, redistribute, or otherwise commercially exploit our data, content, or rankings without our prior written consent;
  • Access the Service through unauthorized means, use automated tools or bots other than as we permit, or interfere with any other user's use of the Service;
  • Upload malware or otherwise introduce harmful code.

We may, in our sole discretion and without notice, remove content, restrict, suspend, or terminate access, and take any other action we consider appropriate in response to a breach of these terms or the Community Guidelines.

Scope of License

Subject to your compliance with these terms, Digital Warriors grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the ArbiHunt app on any compatible device that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set out in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and the Google Play Terms of Service. This license is for your personal, non-commercial use only. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Digital Warriors.

PRO Subscription and Payments

ArbiHunt offers an optional PRO subscription that unlocks additional features. You can subscribe through an in-app purchase on the App Store or Google Play, or by paying with cryptocurrency through a third-party crypto payment provider where that option is offered.

For in-app purchases, billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms, and you manage your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date through the relevant store. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase.

Cryptocurrency payments are processed by a third-party payment provider and are generally final and irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain. Except where required by law or by the applicable store's policies, fees already paid are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods or unused features. If your PRO access ends or lapses, you may continue to use the free version of ArbiHunt subject to these terms. We may change subscription features and pricing prospectively; changes will not affect a billing period you have already paid for.

Intellectual Property

ArbiHunt, including its software, source code, design, text, graphics, rankings, compilations of data, and branding, is owned by Digital Warriors or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property and other laws. Apart from the limited license granted above, these terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. You may not copy, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit the app or its content except as expressly permitted in writing or by applicable law.

Third-Party Services and Content

The Service may rely on, link to, or display content and services provided by third parties, including exchanges, data feeds, advertising networks, analytics and crash-reporting tools, app stores, and payment providers. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, products, or practices of any third party. Your dealings with any third party are solely between you and that third party, and are subject to that party's own terms and policies. The presence of any third-party data or link does not imply our endorsement.

Maintenance and Support

Digital Warriors is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the ArbiHunt app, to the extent it chooses to provide them. You acknowledge that neither Apple nor Google has any obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services for the ArbiHunt app.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the ArbiHunt app and all related data, content, and services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, with all faults and without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Warriors and ArbiHunt expressly disclaim all warranties, conditions, and representations of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to any implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, timeliness, completeness, availability, quiet enjoyment, title, and non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that: the Service will meet your requirements; the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; the data, prices, rankings, or net-profit estimates the Service displays will be accurate, current, complete, or executable; any defects will be corrected; or the Service or its servers are free of harmful components. Market data is sourced from third parties and may be delayed or contain errors. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from Digital Warriors or through the Service, creates any warranty not expressly stated in these terms. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.

No Guarantee

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, profitability, performance, uptime, or continuous availability of the Service. The Service, and any feature or part of it, may be changed, suspended, limited, or discontinued at any time, with or without notice, and we will not be liable to you or any third party for doing so.

Disclaimer of Liability for Loss of Funds

ArbiHunt and Digital Warriors are not responsible for any loss of funds, lost profits, missed opportunities, or financial damage of any kind that may occur as a result of, or in connection with, your use of the app or your reliance on its data. You acknowledge the risks involved in cryptocurrency trading, and you agree that you are solely responsible for your trading decisions, your funds, and the management of your own financial assets. You bear all risk of financial loss.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Digital Warriors, ArbiHunt, or their owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any loss of funds, lost or anticipated profits, trading or investment losses, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind, arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of, or inability to use, the Service, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, statute, or any other legal theory, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if a remedy is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of Digital Warriors and ArbiHunt for all claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount of fees you actually paid to Digital Warriors for the Service in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD 100). The exclusions and limitations in this section apply to the maximum extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you; in that case our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.

Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Digital Warriors, ArbiHunt, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, suppliers, and licensors from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: your use or misuse of the Service; your content or community activity; your trading or financial decisions; your violation of these terms, the Community Guidelines, or any applicable law; or your infringement of any right of any third party. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.

Termination

These terms remain in effect while you use ArbiHunt. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these terms or the Community Guidelines, if required by law, or if we discontinue the app. You may stop using the app and close your account at any time. Upon termination, your license to use the app ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including the disclaimers, assumption of risk, limitation of liability, indemnification, intellectual property, and governing-law terms — will continue to apply.

Apple and Google Specific Terms

This section applies to the extent you obtained ArbiHunt through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and supplements the rest of these terms.

  • Agreement with Digital Warriors only. This EULA is between you and Digital Warriors only, and not with Apple or Google. Digital Warriors, not Apple or Google, is solely responsible for the ArbiHunt app and its content.
  • No warranty or support obligation. Neither Apple nor Google has any warranty obligation with respect to the app. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any) to you; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple and Google have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the app. Neither Apple nor Google has any obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the app.
  • Claims and liability. Digital Warriors, not Apple or Google, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to any legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer-protection or similar legislation, and for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any third-party claim that the app or your use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights.
  • Legal compliance. You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • Third-party beneficiary. You acknowledge and agree that Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that, upon your acceptance of these terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary of it. Google and Google's affiliates are likewise intended beneficiaries to the extent applicable under the Google Play Terms of Service.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service, are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Digital Warriors is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where applicable mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your place of residence. Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable statutory rights that apply to you.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, or, if it cannot be, will be severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms is not a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing to be effective.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these terms or any rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these terms freely, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and Digital Warriors regarding the Service, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings on the subject.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time, so you are advised to review this page periodically. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the date below. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
