ArbiHunt is operated by Digital Warriors LLC. You can delete your account and its data at any time, either from inside the app or by asking us to do it for you.
Delete it yourself, in the app
This is immediate and needs no request.
- Open the ArbiHunt app on iOS or Android, or sign in at arbihunt.com.
- Go to Profile (the account icon in the top bar).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm twice. The second confirmation is the point of no return.
Your account is deleted straight away. Nothing is queued for review and there is no waiting period.
Or ask us to delete it
If you cannot reach the app, email contact@arbihunt.com from the address on your account, or use the contact form, with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm your identity and action it within 30 days, and in practice far sooner.
What is deleted
Everything tied to your identity is removed permanently:
- Your account and sign-in credentials
- Your email address and display name
- Your profile photo
- Your PRO status, plan and expiry
- Your saved filters, hidden pairs and blocked members
- Your payment and order records, other than the accounting record described below
What is kept, and why
- The words of your chat messages remain in the room, with your name removed. They are re-attributed to "Deleted user" and your photo is detached, so nothing in the room points back to you. The text stays because the conversations other members took part in would otherwise become unreadable, with replies quoting messages that had vanished.
- Records we are legally required to retain, such as those needed for tax, accounting and fraud prevention. These are kept for the period the relevant law requires and are not used for anything else.
- Payments made on a public blockchain cannot be deleted by anyone, including us. A cryptocurrency transaction is a permanent public record; what we remove is the link between it and your account.
Before you delete
- Cancel any store subscription first. Deleting your ArbiHunt account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play, because those are managed by Apple and Google, not by us. Cancel it in Apple or Google Play before deleting, or you will continue to be billed for an account that no longer exists.
- Deletion cannot be undone. There is no grace period and no recovery. If you sign up again later with the same email address, it will be a new account with no history, no PRO status and no chat record.
