This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Digital Warriors for the ArbiHunt application, including any associated media, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation, whether accessed via web, mobile, or any other platform. This EULA applies to the ArbiHunt app available on Apple’s App Store, Google’s Play Store, and any web-based version of the app.
You acknowledge that this EULA is concluded between you and Digital Warriors only, and not with Apple Inc. (“Apple”) or Google LLC (“Google”). Digital Warriors, not Apple or Google, is solely responsible for the ArbiHunt app and its content. This EULA does not provide for usage rules for the ArbiHunt app that are in conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions or Google Play Terms of Service.
Description of Services
ArbiHunt is designed to provide users with information on cryptocurrency arbitrage opportunities by scanning multiple exchanges to find price discrepancies. Our focus is to facilitate the identification of potential arbitrage opportunities in the cryptocurrency market, assisting users in making informed decisions. However, ArbiHunt does not guarantee the accuracy or profitability of any arbitrage opportunity and is not responsible for any financial outcomes resulting from trading decisions.
Disclaimer of Liability for Loss of Funds
ArbiHunt and Digital Warriors are not responsible for any loss of funds or financial damage that may occur as a result of using the app. Users should be aware of the risks involved in cryptocurrency trading and are advised to exercise caution and discretion. Users are solely responsible for their trading decisions and the management of their financial assets.
Scope of License
The license granted to you for the ArbiHunt app is limited to a non-transferable license to use the app on any compatible device you own or control as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and Google Play Terms of Service.
Maintenance and Support
Digital Warriors is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the ArbiHunt app. You acknowledge that neither Apple nor Google has any obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the ArbiHunt app.

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
